Manage mechanical engineering activities for water industry projects from design and construction through commissioning. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractor scopes, specifying materials and equipment, preparing inspection and test plans, monitoring progress against budgets and programmes, supporting site teams with technical decisions, and overseeing mechanical installation and commissioning. The role requires water treatment experience, knowledge of mechanical systems and treatment processes, familiarity with DWI, WIMES and WRAS standards, and regular site attendance.

Leads a water and wastewater design team across project lifecycles, overseeing technical delivery, budgets, risks, quality, safety, regulatory compliance and carbon objectives. The role manages client and stakeholder relationships, approvals, multidisciplinary coordination, business development, and team development. It also drives continuous improvement, ensures successful project delivery, and contributes technical expertise to tenders and growth of the Design function.

Leads electrical and EICA design solutions for water and wastewater infrastructure projects from feasibility through construction support. Responsibilities include approving calculations and technical documentation, managing project resources and budgets, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, advising clients, mentoring engineers, and ensuring compliance with WIMES, BS 7671, CDM, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
