Supports the Sales Experience Manager while learning the dealership’s sales process. Responsibilities include prospecting, product presentations, vehicle deliveries, inventory knowledge, greeting clients, assisting with trade-in appraisals, preparing and transporting vehicles, and resolving client concerns. The associate is expected to progress into the Sales Experience Manager role after demonstrating eligibility.
