Responsibilities include discovery, tailored demonstrations, stakeholder alignment, business-case development, negotiation, closing, forecasting, and pipeline management. The role requires consultative selling to revenue leaders, data-driven execution, AI-enabled productivity, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product to improve sales processes, messaging, and customer outcomes.

Own Avoma’s financial planning, forecasting, modeling, SaaS metrics, accounting oversight, cash management, board reporting, fundraising support, and finance systems. Partner with the CEO and functional leaders on capital allocation, growth investments, profitability, and operational efficiency. Manage US and India financial operations, controls, reporting, and compliance while building a scalable, AI-enabled finance function for a high-growth SaaS company.

Own end-to-end recruiting across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Design, and other functions. Responsibilities include proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, offer negotiation, closing, hiring-manager partnership, structured interview design, recruiting metrics, pipeline development, and AI-enabled process improvement. Provide secondary support for onboarding and essential People Operations activities, including employee documentation, benefits coordination, HRIS updates, and payroll coordination.
