Own and build Avoca's marketing website end-to-end: design pages in Figma, implement in code, maintain a Figma->code design system, ship launch and campaign microsites, optimize performance and conversion, implement analytics/A/B tests, and lead interaction/motion design integrating film and motion assets.

Own and grow channel partnerships with HVAC manufacturers, OEMs, and distributors. Source, structure, and convert partner relationships into measurable partner-sourced pipeline and ARR. Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing, represent Avoca at industry events, and build repeatable co-marketing and distribution motions.

Own and scale high-leverage growth channels and partnerships, design and run growth experiments, automate and productionize successful motions using AI, build relationships that drive measurable pipeline and revenue, and report on performance against targets.
