The Account Executive owns the full sales cycle to drive adoption of Avoca's AI-driven solution for home service clients, working closely with stakeholders to tailor pitches and close deals.

Own post-sales onboarding and end-to-end implementations for B2B clients: gather requirements, produce technical specs, configure prompts and integrations, manage projects, lead testing and go-live, train clients, and build repeatable playbooks while partnering with CS, Product, and Engineering.

Build and run Avoca's customer marketing function: source and package customer stories, manage reference and advisory programs, run customer communications and conference presence, partner with Sales/CS/Brand to create case studies and video assets that drive enterprise deals and retention.
