Sets strategy, budgets, revenue objectives, content standards, and performance measures while managing a remote team. Oversees topic development, speakers, sponsors, partnerships, vendors, production, event operations, and educational session delivery. Collaborates across marketing, communications, social, web, expo, and other teams to create integrated audience experiences. Represents AVIXA at industry events and travels approximately 15%.
