Teams at Aviva plc

Perform Solvency II capital calculations and reporting for Aviva Group and AII Mixer, including SCR, surplus analysis, sensitivities, stress and scenario testing, and assessment of management decisions and risk profile. Produce monthly and quarterly capital monitoring and insights using COMPASS and internal models.

Prepare and deliver monthly P&L and CFO reporting packs, produce Broker Results using PBCS/SmartView, perform Balance Sheet reviews and variance analysis, support month-end close (accruals and GL entries), execute control checks, assist audits and corporate accounting, and contribute to UAT for system changes.

Lead the Research and Insights function, overseeing customer research activities, managing the full research lifecycle, and transforming insights into actionable recommendations while leading a high-performing team.
