Paid 3-month Junior Quality Assurance internship (July–September) for students or graduates. Hybrid role based in Poland with periodic Warsaw office attendance. Lead the Research and Insights function, overseeing customer research activities, managing the full research lifecycle, and transforming insights into actionable recommendations while leading a high-performing team.

Manage household property claims up to £50,000 from instruction to settlement. Assess building damage (fire, flood, escape of water, impact) using photos, video and remote tools, interpret scopes and building pathology, coordinate contractors and field colleagues, project manage files, and deliver cost-effective, customer-focused reinstatement outcomes.
