Lead the development, monitoring, and enhancement of personal insurance pricing and ratemaking models. Analyze portfolio performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics to recommend pricing actions. Support regulatory rate filings, manage pricing projects, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and mentor actuarial analysts. Apply traditional actuarial and advanced analytical techniques to improve profitability, growth, customer retention, and pricing effectiveness.

Leads corporate actuarial activities supporting Solvency UK capital requirements, internal model governance, risk calibrations, and Chief Actuary opinions. Reviews methods, assumptions, data quality, model weaknesses, and validation documentation. Collaborates with economic capital, pricing, reserving, reinsurance, risk, finance, and global actuarial teams. Requires property and casualty or financial services actuarial experience, 3–5 CAS exams, regulatory knowledge, strong analytical skills, and effective stakeholder communication.

Perform daily investment data controls, reconciliations, data-quality reviews, and audit support using Clearwater and Excel. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, database providers, and auditors while supporting finance and data projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, investment interest, and availability three to four days per week during a six-month paid internship.
