Build detailed financial models, generate trade and security selection recommendations, and support portfolio construction while collaborating with research and fund management teams.

Lead development and implementation of enhanced-index equity strategies. Improve portfolio construction, liquidity and cash equitisation, rebalancing, corporate-action handling, risk/performance monitoring, index-event analysis, and automation; collaborate with Investment Engineering and Trading to industrialise scalable tools and embed best-practice processes.

The Head of Product Development will lead a team for new product development in Public Markets, focusing on compliance, market trends, and effective delivery.
