The Head of Product Development will lead a team for new product development in Public Markets, focusing on compliance, market trends, and effective delivery.

Oversee delegated portfolio managers across liquid and illiquid strategies within Aviva Investors Luxembourg. Conduct due diligence, monitor performance, risk, regulatory compliance, and corrective actions, and prepare independent assessments and committee and Board reporting. The role requires collaboration with investment, risk, compliance, audit, and external service providers while maintaining the investment management oversight framework and challenging stakeholders constructively.
