Oversee maintenance, repairs, inspections, preventative maintenance, grounds upkeep, vendors, supplies, emergency preparedness, and compliance for a senior living community. Manage housekeeping operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, training, cleaning standards, inspections, inventory, and resident cleanliness concerns. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, leadership, organization, and responsiveness to urgent maintenance needs.

Leads the overall operation of a senior living community, including staff leadership, resident care coordination, family relations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, occupancy goals, and lease-up activities. Works with health services, marketing, department managers, and corporate leadership to maintain quality care, develop employees, resolve issues, and operate the community according to Arizona regulations and company policies.

Manages clerical, bookkeeping, budgeting, financial reporting, HR, accounting, billing, payroll, accounts receivable, vendor files, resident and employee records, petty cash, and office systems for an assisted living community. Supports department budgets, recruitment, purchasing, and operational compliance while supervising concierge and security associates. Works closely with the Executive Director and provides professional service to residents, employees, and business partners.
