The role partners with executive and marketing leadership to develop sales and marketing strategies, achieve occupancy targets, build community relationships, and coordinate prospect events. Success requires strong communication, organization, follow-up, sales ability, and familiarity with senior living.

Supports multi-state payroll administration by reviewing personnel changes, correcting timecards, maintaining payroll records, handling wage garnishments, responding to payroll inquiries, assisting with payroll processing and audits, and creating HRIS position seats. Partners with HR, leaders, and payroll vendors to resolve data and employee record issues while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
