Requires strong customer service, professionalism, judgment, computer skills, dependability, and enthusiasm for working with seniors.

Leads digital marketing and lead-generation strategy across senior living communities. Manages HubSpot CRM workflows, segmentation, nurture campaigns, SEO, social media, marketing content, campaign reporting, and lead-to-move-in conversion. Partners with community sales and operations leaders to support occupancy goals and directs marketing assets and campaigns that generate qualified inquiries.

Generate and manage leads, qualify prospective residents, and guide seniors and families through moving into assisted living. Develop marketing plans with leadership, track prospects in a CRM, achieve occupancy goals, conduct calls and community tours, build trust, and support prospect-generating events.
