The Business Analytics Specialist maintains and distributes business reporting, performs ad-hoc data mining, and analyzes financial performance metrics. The role develops and enhances reporting solutions using SQL, Excel Services, and Power BI; prepares monthly reports for senior management; interprets financial data; and supports decision-makers. It also involves light project management, collaboration with stakeholders, and ensuring accurate, timely reporting within business and regulatory requirements.

Processes incoming, outgoing, internal, manual, and ATON transfers within service-level agreements. Monitors transfer inquiries and mailboxes, initiates and tracks transfers, follows up with external institutions, reviews and approves items, maintains documentation, resolves escalations, and provides operational coverage and project support. The role requires accuracy, organization, financial securities back-office experience, problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related transfer systems.

Lead end-to-end major incident and problem management to restore services, run incident bridges, perform root cause analysis, track corrective actions, mature ITIL-aligned processes, support production/release readiness, produce operational metrics, and partner across engineering, infrastructure, cloud, security, vendors, and business teams to improve reliability and resilience.
