Provide holistic financial advice and planning, manage investment and insurance accounts, complete complex documentation (estate/trust), pursue business development and marketing, build long-term client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated wealth management solutions while delivering exceptional client service.

Provide administrative support to financial planners: respond to client inquiries, process transactions and account openings/maintenance, schedule appointments, maintain regulatory files and financial planning records, assist with marketing coordination, and identify referral opportunities to support client relationships and service delivery.

Provide operational and administrative support for separately managed accounts and investment management programs. Handle account inquiries, setups, transfers, contributions, redemptions, investment instructions, discretionary trades, fee billing, complaints, investigations, and issue resolution. Support advisors with procedures and forms, maintain compliance and accuracy, and prepare operational trend and escalation reports. The role requires financial services experience, securities licensing, strong customer service, organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
