The role maintains estate procedures and regulatory checklists, monitors MFDA, IIROC, CRA, and trustee requirements, supports the Estates Contact Centre, and recommends process improvements. Bilingual English and French communication, financial-industry experience, accuracy, organization, and strong customer service are required.

Manages the full lifecycle of sales compensation programs, including incentive plan design, modeling, implementation, administration, governance, analytics, reporting, and communications. Ensures accurate commission payouts, regulatory compliance, and effective controls while advising Sales, Finance, People, and senior leadership. The role also leads continuous improvement, market benchmarking, compensation policy development, stakeholder engagement, and compensation technology enhancements.

Lead the Advisor Hub product family and own Advisor Hub ACP, setting product direction, outcomes, priorities, and release plans. Conduct customer discovery, use data to guide decisions, and partner with design and technology leaders to deliver incremental value. Manage and coach three Product Owners, collaborate across compliance, finance, marketing, operations, and technology, and champion Aviso’s customer-centric product model.
