Process and report mandatory and voluntary corporate actions for Canadian and US securities, handle daily entitlements and DRIP setups, ensure correct tax treatment, update procedure manuals, provide customer service, and participate in process improvement and team meetings while meeting service standards.

Supervise the Service Centre team to deliver high-quality client and partner support, manage escalations, coach staff, monitor metrics and quality, coordinate with cross-functional teams, optimize staffing and training, and drive continuous improvement.

Provide administrative support to wealth advisors: schedule and prepare for member appointments, handle member requests and account updates, process applications, payments, deposits/withdrawals, maintain member files and reports, manage calendars, mail and courier, and improve member service.
