Serves as the primary contact for North American customers through chat, phone, email, and social media. Resolves issues, processes orders and returns, manages shipping claims, verifies accounts, escalates technical matters, and conducts product demonstrations. The role also identifies recurring problems, improves support processes, and contributes to cross-functional projects while working a sustained overnight schedule from the Philippines.

Owns end-to-end creation of high-volume, performance-focused content for paid social, email, web, and organic channels. Responsibilities include developing concepts and scripts, casting and managing talent, shooting and editing video, adapting content for social platforms, tracking performance metrics, and iterating creative based on results. The role also builds recurring content formats, maintains a production kit, and collaborates with creative, growth, and product marketing teams.
