Owns and accelerates Snackables growth across UK and Ireland QSR, foodservice, and retail accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline conversion, customer onboarding, pricing and contract negotiations, margin protection, senior stakeholder management, account strategy, and coordinating internal teams to deliver profitable solutions. The role requires extensive FMCG commercial experience, strong business development and account management skills, category knowledge, and regular travel across the UK and Ireland, with periodic visits to the Netherlands.

Owns growth of Aviko’s snackables category across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Responsibilities include developing strategic QSR, foodservice, and retail accounts; building sales pipelines; converting new customers; shaping propositions; negotiating pricing and contracts; protecting revenue and margins; managing senior stakeholders; coordinating cross-functional delivery; and guiding regional commercial strategy and P&L performance.

Lead Aviko’s North American foodservice business development across the U.S. East Coast and Canada. Identify and secure new opportunities, build relationships with restaurant chains, distributors, brokers, and key accounts, and convert prospects into profitable growth. Develop market and account plans, manage commercial pipelines, support forecasting and budgeting, and strengthen broker and distributor networks. The role requires autonomous execution, close international collaboration, customer and industry-event representation, and frequent domestic and international travel.
