Manages engineering and capital projects for Dyneema fiber manufacturing, from initial design through commissioning. Oversees equipment upgrades, facilities and utility projects, budgets, schedules, contractors, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Analyzes manufacturing failures, develops process improvements, reduces costs and waste, prepares technical procedures, trains personnel, and supports operational excellence and SAP initiatives.

Leads strategic product marketing, platform definition, product planning, profitability, pricing, forecasting, launches, and market development for assigned product lines. Coordinates with sales, research, manufacturing, distribution, customers, suppliers, and regulatory teams. Analyzes market trends, share, ROI, product performance, and margins while developing value propositions, technical materials, campaigns, and customer support. Influences cross-functional stakeholders, manages distributor relationships, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Manages the safe, efficient operation of assigned production lines and supervises shift personnel. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, safety and environmental compliance, production monitoring, quality oversight, maintenance coordination, financial performance, employee development, audits, incident investigations, process troubleshooting, and Lean Six Sigma improvement initiatives. The role operates in a manufacturing plant and requires familiarity with various plant management and business systems.
