Administers U.S. health, welfare, retirement, and leave benefits programs. Analyzes plan costs, utilization, trends, enrollment, payroll deductions, and vendor invoices; monitors regulatory changes; coordinates with vendors and internal HR, Payroll, and Legal teams; prepares employee communications and reports; maintains HRIS data; and supports benefits inquiries, compliance, and process improvements.

Business Analyst gathers and analyzes data, optimizes processes using Lean Six Sigma, and develops Excel, Power BI, and Tableau dashboards. The role manages sales performance reporting, attrition and churn analysis, complaint tracking, CAPA initiatives, KPI reviews, and cross-functional governance. It provides actionable recommendations to leadership, improves operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, and ensures reporting accuracy and timely performance visibility.

Leads strategic business development and profitable revenue growth through prospecting, account planning, relationship building, solution selling, contract negotiation, forecasting, and margin management. Develops market and sales strategies, manages budgets, monitors competition, and coordinates cross-functional teams. May lead 3–5 sales professionals while coaching personnel and influencing stakeholders across customer and internal organizations. Requires up to 75% travel and expertise in polymer materials or a related field.
