Leads strategic partnership development with financial institutions, from prospecting and opportunity assessment through complex negotiations, contracts, and closing. Builds executive relationships, develops partnership strategies and financial models, and coordinates sales, marketing, legal, product, engineering, and onboarding teams to create growth opportunities and expand revenue through new financial institution channels.

Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to customers through phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoots software, SaaS applications, Windows and domain environments, manages support tickets from opening through resolution, collaborates on escalations, and delivers basic product training and documentation. The role also requires prioritizing multiple issues, meeting customer satisfaction and productivity targets, and maintaining strong communication and technical problem-solving skills.

Manages an assigned supplier portfolio by building relationships, onboarding and educating suppliers, resolving account issues, monitoring engagement and financial risk, and driving revenue growth. Handles preventive collections, account recovery, payment commitments, repayment arrangements, and escalations. Maintains accurate records, uses reporting and business tools to prioritize work, tracks outcomes, meets service and recovery goals, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve processes and communications.
