As a Supplier Retention Representative, you'll resolve supplier inquiries, optimize E-payment solutions, and support low-dollar accounts, enhancing retention through consultative practices.

Manage and grow relationships with suppliers, promote and onboard them onto AvidXchange payment and AP automation solutions, drive supplier adoption and satisfaction, meet sales or adoption targets, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve supplier issues.

The Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of ePayment supplier accounts through consultative sales strategies, focusing on increasing product adoption and revenue.
