Teams at Avidbots

Lead and grow an Applications Engineering team to triage and resolve production robot software issues, analyze field usage, run alpha/beta trials, automate workflows, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to improve autonomous cleaning robot deployments.

Provide customer-centric technical support for Avidbots scrubber robots: diagnose hardware/software issues, communicate with customers, resolve or escalate problems, participate in on-call rotation, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain service records.

The Legal and Business Affairs Manager will manage commercial contracts, ensure compliance standards, oversee legal operations, and mitigate risks in collaboration with various teams.
