The Solutions Architect will be responsible for managing the technology/product side of the business. They will work with internal and external stakeholders to understand program needs and feasibility, define technical solutions, and collaborate with client service teams to conceptualize projects. The Solutions Architect must have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as experience managing a team.
