Teams at Aviatrix

Develops technical marketing collateral, demos, labs, runbooks, certification materials, and competitive comparisons for cloud network security products. Partners with engineering, product management, sales enablement, training providers, cloud vendors, and customers to validate pre-release capabilities and prepare them for market launch. Provides technical expertise across cloud infrastructure, networking, zero trust, Kubernetes security, IDS/IPS, and automation while influencing product roadmaps through field feedback and evidence-based recommendations.

Serves as a strategic enablement partner to Sales, Solutions Engineering, Channel Partners, and Customer Success. Diagnoses performance gaps using CRM and pipeline analytics, designs onboarding and sales enablement programs, develops coaching frameworks and sales plays, and manages partner training, certifications, and co-selling enablement. Advises senior GTM leaders, aligns cross-functional teams, and improves seller readiness, methodology adoption, pipeline quality, and revenue outcomes.

Provides senior-level technical support for enterprise customers using Aviatrix’s multicloud networking and security products. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex network environments, resolving high-priority issues, coordinating with engineering and sales, reporting product issues, improving support documentation and workflows, supporting production environments, and mentoring cloud network engineers. The role requires expertise in routing, BGP, IPsec VPN, Linux, networking products, cloud platforms, scripting, and automation.
