Provides senior-level technical escalation and production support for complex multi-cloud networking, connectivity, security, and performance issues. Troubleshoots deployments through packet analysis and root cause analysis, advises customers on cloud architectures, coordinates with engineering teams, documents defects and solutions, improves support processes, participates in on-call rotations, and mentors junior cloud engineers.

Lead end-to-end UX design for a significant product area, translating complex cloud networking and security workflows into clear experiences. Define UX models, experience transitions, design-system patterns, and components. Conduct and synthesize user research, collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders, resolve ambiguity, build consensus, mentor designers, provide critique, participate in hiring, and identify broader product opportunities and risks.

Build and improve Aviatrix’s hermetic integration test framework, automated integration and end-to-end tests, Terraform-based regression infrastructure, testing dashboards, mocks, simulators, and developer integration environments. Deploy test infrastructure across cloud and container platforms, support adoption of testing tools, improve observability and reliability, and collaborate with engineering teams through documentation, onboarding, code reviews, and quality-focused test strategy.
