Manage PR activities for travel and tourism clients in the UK & Ireland: secure media coverage, write press materials, run media events and press trips, monitor and report coverage, integrate PR with digital and sales, develop campaigns, nurture client/media relationships, and lead crisis communications.

Provide office, HR, and management support including office organisation, supplier liaison, events, onboarding, HRIS maintenance with GDPR compliance, recruitment assistance, minute-taking, and being the primary HR contact for staff and management. Support the Head of Finance and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Own and stabilize the global Workday Financials platform post go‑live, resolve defects and data issues, build reports and integrations (banking, RAAS, SFTP, Kyriba), support users, lead country rollouts, improve configuration, controls and reporting, and act as the internal Workday Financials SME.
