Provide office, HR, and management support including office organisation, supplier liaison, events, onboarding, HRIS maintenance with GDPR compliance, recruitment assistance, minute-taking, and being the primary HR contact for staff and management. The Cruise Sales Manager will lead AVIAREPS’ UK cruise representation activities for A-ROSA Cruises. Responsibilities include managing travel trade relationships, developing distribution and revenue opportunities, conducting partner visits and training, executing sales plans, managing pipelines, forecasting performance, organizing promotions and events, and reporting commercial insights. The role requires achieving sales and market growth targets while building the cruise client’s UK presence.

Supports Account Managers in developing and implementing marketing, communications, and trade strategies for international tourism destinations. Responsibilities include content creation, market research, media relations, event coordination, trade marketing, competitive analysis, strategic recommendations, and international RFP responses. The role provides exposure to destination marketing, public relations, business development, and project management in an international environment.
