Design, implement, and optimize large-scale data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, loading, replication, and display systems. Develop data pipelines, profiling, deduplication, matching logic, and custom data-source solutions. Maintain data-layer documentation, collaborate with data scientists on AI/ML workflows, and use Java technologies, REST APIs, Airflow, ETL, SQL, and Linux in a Big Data environment.

Reviews classified documents and records, applying Executive Order 13526, FOIA, and Privacy Act criteria to determine legally required redactions. Conducts critical analysis, coordinates document scanning and search requests, supports new-hire training, and recommends improvements to workflows and standard operating procedures. The role requires U.S. citizenship, an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph, and on-site work.

Conduct technical and analytical research to address customer needs, advise senior leadership, and develop operational strategies supporting mission success. Plan and implement intelligence collection, counterintelligence, and covert action operations using specialized tools, tradecraft, and technology. Identify opportunities for intelligence activities, perform cyber-related targeting, use classified databases, and produce operational reports.
