Owns strategy, revenue, bookings, margins, utilization, pipeline, business development, pricing, client relationships, delivery quality, and team development. Acts as a thought leader in healthcare operations, digital transformation, and AI governance while overseeing complex engagements and developing scalable advisory offerings.

Leads client engagement operations, member relationship health, account strategy, retention and expansion initiatives. Builds scalable processes, maintains HubSpot data integrity, standardizes communications, and improves team accountability. Oversees AVIA Network events, registration workflows, attendee communications, peer collaboration, and engagement reporting. Uses data, collaboration tools, and continuous process improvement to strengthen member value and support strategic client relationships.
