Provides Tier 2 cybersecurity support through security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability and endpoint management, identity and access management, security awareness training, compliance support, documentation, and reporting. The role investigates phishing, malware, and other incidents; administers Microsoft Defender XDR and related security tools; coordinates remediation; supports MFA and access reviews; and communicates security risks and remediation steps to internal and external stakeholders.

Supports the sales team by preparing proposals, coordinating customer visits and events, responding to bid requests, maintaining sales records, and facilitating communication between customers and internal departments. Also receives and distributes deliveries, coordinates material requests, and documents inventory. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency, and inventory management experience.

Manage and grow enterprise accounts by prospecting for new opportunities, developing key customer relationships, and selling audiovisual integration solutions. Identify customer needs across videoconferencing, meeting rooms, digital signage, enterprise technology, and video production. Collaborate with engineering, design, and project management teams to deliver solutions, support customer efficiency and profitability, and meet or exceed sales objectives.
