As an Operations Intern, you'll assist with staffing management, workflow reviews, process improvements using AI, and support various operational areas within the company.

Support Avi Medical’s expansion through strategic and operational work with the Director of Expansion. Responsibilities include analyzing data and target markets, rolling out new medical practices, improving processes, and executing individual projects. The intern will work across the company, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to the organization’s growth and culture. The role is full-time, based in Munich, and requires proficiency in German and English.
