Performs manual and end-to-end testing for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including functional, integration, regression, migration, UAT, smoke, and sanity testing. Develops test scenarios and cases, manages test plans and traceability in Azure DevOps, tracks defects through resolution, documents quality metrics, supports release validation, and contributes to QA standards and continuous improvement.

Manages the full customer renewal lifecycle, including renewal strategy, quotas, forecasting, quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and churn reduction. Builds relationships with enterprise stakeholders, collaborates with Sales and Customer Success, identifies cross-sell and upsell opportunities, maintains Salesforce records, and provides renewal reporting. The role requires expertise in renewal processes, commercial policies, pricing, contract governance, and enterprise account management.

Manage a portfolio of AVEVA customers through onboarding, deployment, adoption, and expansion. Build trusted stakeholder relationships, create success plans, coordinate services and partners, drive software adoption, identify growth opportunities with Sales, and represent customer needs internally. The role requires strong communication, presentation, relationship management, prioritization, project management, strategic thinking, and familiarity with AVEVA or similar industrial software and relevant process manufacturing or engineering industries.
