As a Lead Development Representative, you will identify and qualify business opportunities for the sales team through inbound leads and outbound prospecting, leveraging various tools and strategies to meet personal KPIs and support marketing activities.

Designs and develops complex web and cloud software systems, makes architectural decisions, implements solutions (especially AI/LLM-enabled), writes and tests code, establishes CI/CD and DevOps practices, mentors junior engineers, and collaborates with product owners to translate requirements into production-ready applications.

Manage license fulfillment in line with contracts and AVEVA policies; validate and report customer data; liaise with Sales, Finance, Product and Pricing teams; support license delivery applications, product retirement, and create work instructions and training materials.
