Leads cross-functional R&D and technology value-realization programs from planning through delivery. Provide technical support for software products, custom applications, and integrations by triaging, reproducing, troubleshooting, testing, diagnosing, and resolving issues. Document findings, deploy workarounds and hotfixes, implement custom-code fixes, assess change feasibility, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with support, R&D, and project delivery teams. The role is hybrid in Calgary and may require domestic and international travel.
