Ensure the quality of AVEVA Process Simulation through domain-driven test planning, regression and functional testing, simulation validation, feature grooming, customer issue triage, and automated test workflow development. The role requires Chemical Engineering expertise, process simulation knowledge, scripting abilities, version control, CI/CD familiarity, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Manage strategic accounts and drive software sales in the power and energy market. Develop account plans, prospect for opportunities, build business cases, manage pipelines, negotiate commercial agreements, and close business against revenue targets. Maintain executive customer relationships, expand solution adoption, forecast performance, and collaborate with marketing, technical sales, and delivery teams. Regular travel to customers, partners, offices, and occasional overseas locations is required.

Provides technical presales and consultancy support for AVEVA Engineering solutions. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, developing solutions, creating engineering data, conducting demonstrations and proofs of concept, supporting proposals, presenting to customers, leading technical pursuits, and positioning solutions for EPC projects. Requires extensive EPC and industrial-sector experience, strong consultative selling skills, and expertise with AVEVA tools. The role is hybrid in Houston and involves occasional travel.
