Provide executive and team administrative support to Finance Operations, Tax, and IT leadership. Manage diaries, meetings, onboarding, procurement, reporting, documentation, systems administration, travel, and general office logistics to ensure smooth operations and strong governance.

Provide second-line post-sales product support, training, consultancy and implementation for AVEVA applications. Resolve customer technical issues, deliver deployments/configuration, assist pre-sales, and develop regional technical expertise.

Lead and deliver large, multi-site software service projects end-to-end: manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, client relationships, project financials, cross-functional teams, and quality. Support sales opportunities, oversee rollouts and UAT, apply PMO methodologies, and capture lessons learned to improve future delivery.
