Provides remote and occasional on-site technical support for customers using AVEVA PI systems. Investigates and reproduces complex software issues, determines root causes, communicates clearly with customers, and collaborates with Engineering and Sales to improve products and customer outcomes. The role also includes customer software instruction, internal training, product education, and ongoing development of technical expertise.

Provides remote and on-site technical support for complex customer software issues, mentors junior team members, delivers customer training, analyzes support trends, and collaborates with Sales, Product, R&D, and Services. The role also owns support process improvement projects and provides technical guidance to customers and account teams. Candidates need strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer service skills, along with a relevant bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience.

Lead end-to-end implementation of real-time process optimization for refineries and petrochemical plants using AVEVA Process Optimization. Configure applications, run model reviews, FAT/SAT, commission on-site, provide training and ongoing support, and support presales technical proposals and value articulation.
