Leads global liquidity and treasury strategy, including cash forecasting, subsidiary funding, banking relationships, debt activities, investments, foreign exchange exposure, policies, controls, and close support. The role manages treasury risks, optimizes cash deployment, oversees compliance and reporting, partners cross-functionally, and develops treasury staff while improving the function’s scalability and maturity.

Leads marketing planning, governance, operational excellence, and cross-functional initiatives. Partners with marketing leadership on prioritization, business reviews, annual planning, budgets, strategic tracking, executive communications, process design, project management tools, dashboards, AI-enabled automation, and software implementation. Supports 1Mind onboarding and adoption while improving workflows, accountability, resource allocation, and performance measurement across the marketing organization.
