The role requires organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, sound judgment, multitasking, and basic accounting knowledge in a deadline-driven environment.

Support development and rehabilitation of multifamily affordable housing across Maine and New Hampshire. Assist with project financing, financial analyses, budgets, stakeholder coordination, and guiding projects from concept through construction and lease-up. Manage multiple projects, prepare presentations, and ensure timely completion of development milestones.
