Provides financial analysis and operational finance support for a manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include productivity and loss reporting, variance analysis, inventory and capital reporting, annual planning, quarterly forecasting, month-end close, savings tracking, manpower reporting, bonus accruals, SOX inventory controls, and process improvement. The role partners with the Plant Controller, shared services, and operational teams to maintain financial control and improve reporting processes.

Supports financial controlling, product costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, profitability reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and statutory compliance. The role provides analytical and accounting support for manufacturing operations across Poland, France, and Germany, using Excel, ERP systems, and corporate reporting tools. It requires collaboration with finance, operations, supply chain, and shared service teams.
