Leads Mendix-based software design, development, testing, integration, deployment, and support. Creates BPMN process models, reusable components, technical specifications, prototypes, and proof-of-concept solutions. Provides technical direction, estimates work, reviews designs, resolves production issues, and mentors Mendix, Java, UI, and mobile developers. Collaborates with architects, analysts, product owners, support teams, and distributed stakeholders while applying software development, UML, microservices, and Agile practices.

Administer and maintain Windows, Azure, AWS, identity, endpoint, networking, backup, monitoring, and disaster recovery environments. Troubleshoot infrastructure and cloud issues, automate operations with PowerShell, support enterprise applications, manage assets and vendors, maintain security and compliance, and provide occasional second-level desktop support. Collaborate with cybersecurity and regional IT teams, document technical processes, participate in projects, and provide limited after-hours emergency coverage.

Own and lead the QA function while building scalable test, process, and AI-driven automation. Establish quality standards, metrics, governance, and CI/CD-integrated testing using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, UiPath, n8n, and Camunda. Lead QA and automation engineers, hire and coach team members, partner with engineering and leadership, and deliver measurable reductions in manual effort while meeting regulatory requirements.
