Monitors and analyzes SIEM alerts, responds to security incidents and client escalations, troubleshoots vulnerabilities and malware, and advises clients on improving security posture. Maintains application, web, and infrastructure security measures; collaborates with vendors and IT professionals; analyzes logs, ports, attack patterns, and Windows events; and prepares recurring status and technical reports.

Supports 24/7 SOC monitoring and response by triaging alerts, validating potential incidents, conducting initial investigations, reviewing vulnerabilities, and escalating threats. Uses SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, vulnerability scanners, and antivirus tools to analyze logs and identify compromise. Documents findings, follows response playbooks, assists with remediation verification, contributes to detection tuning and trend analysis, and collaborates with senior analysts and engineering teams.

Provide technical support and guidance for managed security customers: monitor security systems, investigate incidents using SIEM and network tools, perform log/traffic post-mortems, troubleshoot security tool issues across Windows/Linux and cloud, automate tasks with scripting, and assist clients with planning, implementation, and knowledge transfer.

Implement, configure, optimize, and administer distributed LogRhythm SIEM deployments in AWS and Azure environments. Develop secure cloud infrastructure, manage security groups and storage, maintain SQL and Elasticsearch databases, troubleshoot networks and VPNs, automate operational tasks, document architectures, forecast deployment growth, and provide technical escalation support to SIEM engineers.

Provide technical support and security guidance to managed-service customers. Monitor security systems, troubleshoot security tools across Windows, Linux, Azure, and AWS environments, investigate networks and logs using SIEM technologies, identify malicious activity, and recommend security improvements. The role also supports incident response research, client implementations, knowledge transfer, documentation, and technical issue resolution.

Implement, configure, optimize, and administer distributed LogRhythm SIEM deployments. Secure AWS and Azure cloud environments, manage cloud resources and SIEM databases, troubleshoot networks and VPNs, support automation, create technical documentation and architecture diagrams, forecast deployment growth, and serve as a technical escalation point for SIEM engineers.

Provide Microsoft-cloud-focused cybersecurity consulting: design security strategy and architectures, implement controls (SIEM, DLP, endpoint), lead integration projects, manage client relationships, and produce reports and thought leadership.

Consult with clients to design and implement Microsoft-focused cloud security architectures and controls, lead integration projects, manage delivery and client relationships, develop security strategy and compliance programs, and contribute research and thought leadership.
