Partner with regional and global executives, align local practices with global priorities, support mergers and restructuring, develop succession plans, ensure compliance across India, China, Vietnam, and Japan, and present HR metrics to leadership.

Leads APAC HR strategy, organizational transformation, change management, HR integration, succession planning, leadership development, compensation, HR digitization, and workforce planning. Partners with regional and global executives across India, China, Vietnam, and Japan, ensuring alignment with global processes, local compliance, cultural needs, and business objectives. Oversees HR metrics, talent pipelines, executive communications, and collaboration with finance, IT, legal, and operations.

Manage multiple RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs from intake through approval, coordinating Sales, Finance, Engineering, Legal, Procurement, and customers. Prepare proposals, cost estimates, pricing data, contractual reviews, purchase-order validation, and regulatory compliance documentation. Lead commercial reviews, track approvals in Salesforce, support contract execution and project launches, and review colleagues’ proposals for accuracy and quality. The role requires strong organization, analytical ability, attention to detail, communication skills, and German and English fluency.
