Responsibilities include identifying new business, managing existing accounts, creating account strategies, presenting technical proposals, coordinating with internal pre-sales and cross-functional teams, maintaining Salesforce CRM, forecasting sales, and reporting funnel activity. The role requires substantial technical sales experience with manufacturing customers and up to 70% domestic and international travel.

Own technical customer support cases from diagnosis through resolution while strengthening product quality. Reproduce defects, identify root causes, validate fixes, execute functional and regression testing, maintain test cases, and support test automation. Diagnose issues using logs, databases, APIs, and configuration data. Translate customer feedback into product and documentation improvements, create support content, track quality metrics, and collaborate with product development and engineering teams.
