Develop and grow strategic accounts in India by selling complex test system integration, automation, and measurement solutions. Responsibilities include identifying new business, managing existing accounts, creating account strategies, presenting technical proposals, coordinating with internal pre-sales and cross-functional teams, maintaining Salesforce CRM, forecasting sales, and reporting funnel activity. The role requires substantial technical sales experience with manufacturing customers and up to 70% domestic and international travel.

Own technical customer support cases from diagnosis through resolution while strengthening product quality. Reproduce defects, identify root causes, validate fixes, execute functional and regression testing, maintain test cases, and support test automation. Diagnose issues using logs, databases, APIs, and configuration data. Translate customer feedback into product and documentation improvements, create support content, track quality metrics, and collaborate with product development and engineering teams.

Supports product quality and customer success by testing software releases, diagnosing technical issues, analyzing logs and databases, validating fixes, maintaining test cases and support documentation, and identifying product improvements from customer feedback. The role collaborates with Product and Engineering teams, handles technical support requests end to end, monitors quality and service metrics, and contributes to reliable deployments and continuous improvement.
