Responsibilities include developing account plans, engaging executive stakeholders, supporting product access and HCP training, expanding sites of care, building specialty networks, and achieving sales goals compliantly. The role requires pharmaceutical or medical sales experience, buy-and-bill expertise, strong business planning, and travel throughout the assigned territory.

Leads delivery, support, change management, and continuous improvement for Veeva and Salesforce CRM and customer engagement platforms. Partners with commercial, marketing, medical, legal, compliance, finance, and IT stakeholders to define requirements, optimize processes, manage vendors, oversee testing and enhancements, and support a global CRM transformation program. Also drives technology training, platform adoption, data governance, digital content workflows, and Next Best Action capabilities in a regulated life sciences environment.
