Manages regional product assortment planning and execution for innovation, renovation, and promotional launches. Leads pricing, pack type, competitor, packaging, and claims analysis; oversees packaging and print design approvals; coordinates cross-functional teams and external agencies; tracks project milestones; resolves bottlenecks; and supports research-driven product improvement aligned with brand, consumer, and sustainability requirements.
