Installs, configures, commissions, tests, modifies, repairs, and maintains customer products, equipment, and systems. Troubleshoots start-up and recurring technical problems, provides customer technical support, recommends upgrades, and builds ongoing customer relationships. A related degree is recommended, and 1–2 years of similar experience is advantageous but not required. Relocation is required.

Leads the project management function, overseeing project schedules, resources, budgets, quality, risks, and delivery. Manages project teams and coordinates with finance, design, procurement, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, contractors, government representatives, and other stakeholders. Handles technical and commercial discussions, negotiations, issue resolution, progress reporting, accounts receivable, and project savings while ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Coordinates sales administration by processing customer orders, checking pricing and approvals, entering quotations and sales orders in SAP, monitoring payments and letters of credit, supporting customers, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, preparing reports, and identifying improvements to sales processes.
