Serve as first escalation for site problems, drive operational consistency, support cross-functional teams, and execute tiered service commitments with heavy onsite travel.

Oversee daily operations and compliance across assigned Patient Care Centers, support scheduling, staffing, inventory, and SOP adherence. Act as first escalation for site issues, conduct audits and training, monitor volume and KPIs, coordinate with internal teams (Training, IT, Logistics, Customer Service), and ensure tiered service commitments are met while driving operational consistency and process improvements.
