Provide executive and legal administrative support to the Managing Partner, manage client intake and lead qualification using Lawmatics and PracticePanther, schedule consultations, organize documents, track metrics, and help optimize intake processes and automation tools to improve responsiveness and client experience.

Manage returns, RMAs, 3PL coordination, inbound shipments, and inventory receipts. Create/manage NetSuite shipments, support Shopify and Amazon FBA operations, track fulfillment discrepancies, maintain reports, and improve SOPs while communicating with US-based teams and external partners.
