Leads investor relations by managing communications with investors, lenders, rating agencies, and capital providers. Develops financial and board materials, prepares executives for stakeholder engagements, strengthens public-company reporting and governance practices, analyzes performance and market sentiment, and supports capital structure, refinancing, IPO readiness, and other liquidity initiatives. Coordinates cross-functional inputs across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Communications, and executive leadership while initially handling administrative processes such as investor scheduling, capitalization tables, and debt schedules.

Oversee treasury operations, liquidity management, cash forecasting, banking relationships, debt administration, covenant compliance, interest expense planning, payment controls, and treasury systems. Lead and develop the Treasury team while partnering with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Operations, lenders, banks, and advisors. Support financial reporting, M&A funds flow, capital structure analysis, refinancing, fraud prevention, and process improvements.

Leads FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, treasury analytics, cash-flow management, financial modeling, reporting, KPI analysis, and operational performance insights. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams on financial decisions, investments, capital expenditure controls, and enterprise projects. Oversees reporting systems, dashboards, process improvements, and investor and lender models while recruiting and developing the finance team.
