Provides personal care and daily living support to residents with dementia, including bathing, grooming, incontinence care, vital signs, meals, laundry, activities, emergency response, documentation, and resident status reporting. Maintains a calm, respectful, hospitality-focused environment while following facility policies and care assignments.

Greets and assists residents, guests, suppliers, and service providers in a memory care community. Operates the switchboard, manages visitor sign-in, monitors building security systems, distributes mail and packages, prepares work orders and correspondence, and enters resident information into computer systems. The role requires professionalism, hospitality, organization, multitasking, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
