Supports leadership executives by managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, meeting logistics, scheduling conflicts, time-sensitive requests, and special projects. The role requires proactive prioritization, discretion, responsiveness, independent execution, and flexibility in a fast-paced startup environment. The assistant will also provide coverage for the broader EA team and travel, including weekends, when executive coverage is needed.
