Owns end-to-end recruiting, including active sourcing, candidate engagement, hiring-team alignment, offer negotiation, and contract creation. The role partners with People Partners and hiring managers, supports strategically important searches, and ensures a positive candidate experience. The successful candidate will have recruiting and sourcing experience, strong communication and empathy, confidence, startup adaptability, and very good German and English skills.

Manage and scale compliance, risk, quality, patient safety, regulatory, privacy, and information security activities. Build audit-ready policies, controls, and workflows; lead cross-functional compliance initiatives; and coordinate internal and external audits and certifications, including ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, BSI C5, and MDR. Partner with technical and business teams to translate complex requirements into practical processes.

Owns pharmacy product development for an AI-native hospital information system. Translates medication workflows into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Leads features spanning prescribing, pharmacist validation, dispensing, administration, reconciliation, and discharge medication. Owns drug master data, clinical decision-support logic, substitution rules, testing, and product acceptance while collaborating with engineering, design, QA, pharmacists, clinicians, and customers.
