Drives complex, cross-functional software programs from planning through delivery. Establishes ownership, milestones, dependencies, and timelines; identifies risks and blockers; facilitates decisions; aligns engineering, product, release management, project management, and customer-facing teams; and improves collaboration and project visibility through lightweight processes.

Owns end-to-end recruiting, including active sourcing, candidate engagement, hiring-team alignment, offer negotiation, and contract creation. The role partners with People Partners and hiring managers, supports strategically important searches, and ensures a positive candidate experience. The successful candidate will have recruiting and sourcing experience, strong communication and empathy, confidence, startup adaptability, and very good German and English skills.

Owns pharmacy product development for an AI-native hospital information system. Translates medication workflows into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Leads features spanning prescribing, pharmacist validation, dispensing, administration, reconciliation, and discharge medication. Owns drug master data, clinical decision-support logic, substitution rules, testing, and product acceptance while collaborating with engineering, design, QA, pharmacists, clinicians, and customers.
