Lead the change-management workstream for hospital software implementation projects from kickoff through stable operations. Develop stakeholder maps, impact analyses, communication plans, training frameworks, and super-user structures. Deliver role-based training to clinical and administrative staff, steer go-live readiness and hypercare, track adoption and training KPIs, and transition solutions into daily operations. Collaborate with project management, clinical consulting, solution engineering, hospital teams, and implementation partners. Frequent customer-site travel is required.

Leads a team of 4–10 frontend and backend engineers, setting technical direction and architecture while maintaining hands-on involvement. Responsibilities include coaching engineers, improving engineering quality, managing technical debt and reliability, reviewing code, solving complex technical problems, responding to incidents, removing blockers, and coordinating with Product and other Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.

Supports solution architects and sales teams by analyzing hospital customer requirements, developing technical concepts and proposal documentation, contributing to system architectures, APIs, and interfaces, and assisting with tender processes. The intern collaborates with engineering, product, project, and DevOps teams while serving as a supporting technical contact for customers. The role offers hands-on experience in healthcare IT, customer projects, and solution architecture.
