Own approximately 30 strategic enterprise B2B SaaS accounts, driving compliance, integration adoption, renewals, and expansion. Responsibilities include account planning, QBRs, renewal forecasting, risk management, customer education, and coordinating Compliance Services, Engineering, Support, Implementation, and Sales. The role requires maintaining strong customer relationships, tracking metrics such as compliance, health scores, NRR, and renewal rates, and ensuring account outcomes for transportation and fleet customers.

Own the technical discovery and validation of partner integrations. Explore APIs, verify authentication and capabilities, document payloads and integration quirks, and ensure projects are engineering-ready. Act as Product’s technical counterpart, manage partner relationships, support implementation, triage Tier II issues, and maintain integration knowledge. The role requires strong API testing, troubleshooting, communication, and product-oriented judgment, with potential growth toward product management or solutions architecture.

Owns security administration, vulnerability management, Linux and AWS infrastructure operations, SOC 2 Type II compliance, monitoring, incident response, backups, reliability, and CI/CD support. The role maintains secure and highly available SaaS systems across EC2, ECS, containers, networking, storage, and application runtimes. Responsibilities include patching, access reviews, audit evidence, remediation tracking, automation with Terraform and Ansible, deployment troubleshooting, recovery testing, documentation, and cross-functional production support.
