Lead global operational excellence across tax compliance, e-commerce, VAT, EPR, customs, accountancy, and advisory services. The role aligns international teams, standardizes processes, improves client journeys, manages service partners, monitors KPIs and risks, and drives automation, AI adoption, workflow redesign, and continuous improvement. It also includes team leadership, performance management, stakeholder communication, quality management, information security controls, and operational scalability across jurisdictions.

Provides generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, including employee and manager guidance, onboarding, contracts, payroll preparation, benefits, recruitment, learning and development, employee relations, HR reporting, compliance, and process improvement. The role supports multiple international entities and requires knowledge of UK employment law, HR systems, payroll administration, recruitment, employee relations, and people data analysis.

Provide VAT consultancy and compliance for a client portfolio: prepare and file EU VAT returns, advise on cross-border VAT and e-commerce, handle audits and tax office correspondence, support credit control, train junior staff, and maintain regulatory knowledge.
