Leads research and market analysis covering enterprise applications and business platforms, including ERP, CRM, HCM, SCM, SaaS, modernization, and AI-enabled applications. Responsibilities include creating research agendas, developing reports and frameworks, analyzing vendors and markets, advising CXOs and technology leaders, presenting at industry events, and representing the firm publicly. The role requires extensive writing, executive communication, quantitative analysis, and ownership of research products across their full lifecycle.

Leads BPO and business process transformation research, developing market reports, white papers, and strategic points of view. Advises CXOs and senior leaders on technology roadmaps, competitive positioning, and growth strategies. Represents the firm at conferences and industry events, conducts executive briefings, creates research methodologies, and manages a lean research team. Requires deep BPO solutioning, pre-sales, bid-management, commercial modeling, quantitative analysis, writing, and presentation expertise.
