Lead on-site operations for a 242-unit tiny home resort, managing HOA governance, budgets, vendors, staffing, compliance, and guest experience. Supervise teams, coordinate homeowner relations, maintain amenities and safety, and partner with STR ops for guest readiness and events.

Lead cross-functional operational programs: audit and optimize workflows, develop KPIs and SOPs, implement automation and integrations, and analyze complex datasets to drive measurable improvements and operational scalability across Owners, Guests, and internal teams.

Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO: manage scheduling, coordinate meetings and complex travel, take meeting notes and follow up on action items, prepare meeting materials, handle confidential information, organize executive team events and offsites, and perform ad hoc personal errands and tasks.
