Owns requirements, scopes, estimates, budgets, schedules, vendor coordination, proofing, risks, quality, and client communication. Translates business needs into operational and technical specifications, coordinates workflow and system implementations, monitors vendor performance, resolves issues, and maintains scalable procedures and playbooks.

Develops and manages quality assurance processes for accessible communications and alternative-format deliverables. Reviews accessible PDFs, electronic text, large print, and vendor quality documentation; validates specialized outputs through vendor evidence and sign-off. Conducts accessibility testing, tracks defects and quality metrics, supports corrective actions, trains internal teams, participates in client discussions, and maintains compliance with accessibility standards and evolving best practices.
