Format, recreate, pre-process, and finalize translated documents across InDesign, Word, and other tools. Coordinate with Operations, Proofing, and Quality teams to deliver accurate, accessible, client-ready files on deadline. Provide estimates, answer DTP questions, incorporate feedback, improve workflows, and support team training. The role requires advanced InDesign skills, complex Word formatting, knowledge of Acrobat and Illustrator, localization experience, strong attention to detail, and PST availability.

Coordinate quality assurance across localization workflows for assigned accounts. Develop quality plans, manage reviews and escalations, lead root cause analyses and corrective actions, monitor provider performance, and maintain Power BI and Excel dashboards. Manage QA resources and rules in CAT/TMS platforms, especially Phrase, while identifying automation and AI opportunities. Collaborate with project managers, linguists, QA teams, DTP specialists, and clients to improve processes and quality outcomes.

Coordinate day-to-day logistics for translation projects: estimate pricing and timelines, monitor progress and budgets, prepare and review files, create purchase orders, maintain real-time spreadsheets, communicate with global vendors and project teams, and provide administrative support to ensure timely delivery.
