Senior Accountant responsible for month-end close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, budget-to-actual reporting, corporate card and expense management, payroll support, 1099 and tax compliance, project-level accounting, system integrity across accounting platforms, and continuous process improvements to strengthen internal controls and reporting.

Lead Avantpage's integrated marketing function, developing go-to-market strategy, demand generation, product and brand marketing, and marketing operations. Drive pipeline and revenue growth, oversee analytics and CRM/automation, guide product launches and sales enablement, and manage a team of three while aligning cross-functionally with Sales, Client Services, Innovation, and Executive Leadership.

Coordinate day-to-day logistics for translation projects: estimate pricing and timelines, monitor progress and budgets, prepare and review files, create purchase orders, maintain real-time spreadsheets, communicate with global vendors and project teams, and provide administrative support to ensure timely delivery.
