Lead and develop a team providing material management and operational support in GMP-regulated lab/manufacturing sites. Ensure material availability, inventory integrity, GMP compliance, safety, inspection readiness, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement to support manufacturing continuity across customer locations.

Monitor and update purchase orders in SAP, follow up with suppliers and internal teams to close open items within service levels, process same-day confirmations (quantity, delivery date, pricing), cancel unneeded PO lines, and enter confirmation data from fax, email, paper mail, and EDI. Perform related research and data-entry tasks to support procurement and customer service teams.

Perform routine onsite laboratory tasks under close supervision: prepare and label media, buffers and mobile phases; manage inventory, orders, sample receipt and shipments; perform PPE and safety checks; collect, document and report data and service metrics; handle hazardous waste and maintain customer relations while following procedural and regulatory requirements.
