Drive growth of Avantor Fluid Handling solutions in Korea by identifying and managing customers, delivering technical sales consultation and product demonstrations, supporting quotations and project execution, and coordinating with global teams to ensure on-time delivery and successful adoption of single-use assemblies, pumps, tubing, and magnetic mixers.

Lead and develop a laboratory support team delivering equipment preparation, preventive maintenance, autoclave operations, sample and shipment handling, biowaste and chemical support. Ensure compliance with SOPs, GxP/GDP standards, manage customer SOWs, monitor metrics, and drive quality and continuous improvement.
