Supervise daily site services operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, inventory and logistics coordination, vendor management, client communication, safety, quality, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement. Manage direct reports through performance reviews, development, hiring support, and employee relations processes. Analyze operational metrics, lead root-cause investigations and CAPA activities, support workforce planning and budgets, and serve as the operational escalation point for client and site issues.

Operate and maintain production equipment to safely handle, process, and package high‑purity chemical products. Perform chemical transfers, batch calculations, troubleshooting, packaging, labeling, inventory and warehouse tasks. Maintain clean-room standards, safety compliance, and accurate production records. Support continuous improvement, waste reduction, and occasional weekend or emergency coverage.

The Associate Counsel will provide legal support for technology and information security matters, draft and review agreements, and advise cross-functional teams.
