Provide CRM and grants support, manage donor data and reporting, assist donor stewardship and social media fundraising campaigns, coordinate development team administrative tasks, and support travel and event logistics to advance fundraising efforts.

Support fundraising strategy and donor engagement by managing CRM and grants, conducting prospect research, coordinating stewardship and sponsorships, assisting event and campaign execution, producing donor communications, and providing administrative support to development leadership.

Lead identification, cultivation, negotiation, and stewardship of strategic partnerships to advance program expansion, diversify revenue, and strengthen national market position. Work with executive leadership to set goals, track performance, represent AVANCE externally, and manage partner relationships to drive long-term impact and sustainability.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for Early Head Start home-based and family childcare partnership services. Ensure compliance with Head Start standards, oversee education, health, family engagement and disabilities services, supervise coordinators and staff, manage curriculum and child assessment systems, maintain records and reporting, lead continuous improvement and monitoring, coordinate community partnerships, ensure safe facilities and licensing compliance, and support governance and program planning.
