Oversee affordable-housing community operations, resident relations, financial performance, leasing, compliance, budgets, vendor relationships, and staff leadership. Resolve resident concerns, manage rent collections and occupancy goals, prepare financial reports and budgets, ensure Fair Housing and regulatory compliance, coordinate maintenance and capital projects, and develop onsite employees. The role requires property management experience, LIHTC and tax-credit knowledge, strong communication, leadership, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Oversee affordable housing community operations, resident relations, leasing, budgets, rent collections, compliance, vendor partnerships, financial reporting, and staff performance. The Community Manager ensures regulatory adherence, resident satisfaction, occupancy and revenue goals, property maintenance, employee development, and effective responses to resident, staff, and emergency concerns.

Conducts detailed audits of resident and property hard files to verify compliance with housing laws, Fair Housing, ADA requirements, leasing agreements, safety regulations, and company policies. Identifies discrepancies, prepares audit reports, recommends corrective actions, collaborates with property management teams, supports compliance policy development, and provides training on documentation and record-keeping.
