Designs and produces high-quality brochures, reports, banners, packaging, and digital media assets. Ensures brand consistency, collaborates with global stakeholders, manages design assets, and coordinates external agencies to deliver creative projects on time. Uses Adobe Creative Cloud and AI-powered design tools to develop visually impactful materials for Avaloq’s global financial technology brand.

Provides first-line HR guidance to managers and employees on policies, employee relations, performance, absence, conduct, onboarding, reward, development, and employee changes. Maintains HR records and case documentation, supports reporting and people data analysis, and coordinates employee lifecycle processes. Partners with People Advisors, Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence to deliver compliant, consistent, and positive employee experiences.
