Support the Director of Nursing in maintaining quality long-term care, coordinate resident care plans, supervise nursing staff, participate in admissions and management meetings, cover DON duties as needed, provide 24-hour on-call emergency coverage, and lead nursing department goals, team building, and quality improvement initiatives.

Coordinate and complete MDS/RAI assessments and care plans, ensure Medicare documentation and clinical reimbursement accuracy, audit records, educate staff, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Serve as the offices first point of contact: greet visitors, manage incoming calls, support office management and clerical tasks, and maintain an organized workspace with professional phone etiquette.
