Leads multiple complex, cross-functional healthcare implementation projects from initiation through delivery. Manages project plans, documentation, risks, issues, stakeholders, reporting, governance, and interdependent workstreams. Partners with health plan clients and internal teams to implement Laboratory Benefit Management solutions, drive process improvement, and support strategic initiatives. The role is remote with up to 20% travel and requires strong communication, facilitation, client management, and influence without direct authority.

Develops, tests, documents, deploys, and supports custom applications, portals, data exchanges, services, and integrations. Designs data models and software solutions, writes reusable code and SQL queries, creates unit and functional test plans, troubleshoots application issues, performs code reviews, and follows Agile SDLC and change-management processes. Supports mission-critical healthcare systems and collaborates with technical and business teams. Remote work is available with quarterly travel to Tampa, Florida.

Provides senior technical leadership across engineering teams by shaping architecture, guiding complex software development, mentoring engineers, and driving scalable, secure, and reliable solutions. Responsibilities include hands-on coding, design reviews, API and system architecture, CI/CD and tooling improvements, cross-team technical alignment, project leadership, and partnership with product and design stakeholders. The role is remote with quarterly travel to Tampa, Florida.
