Leads brand strategy for healthcare and life sciences clients, developing positioning, messaging, go-to-market, creative, and campaign strategies. Partners with clients, account, creative, engagement, and scientific teams; leads research, workshops, strategic recommendations, and audience insight development. Ensures campaigns align with brand principles and supports expansion of the strategy function.

Owns commercial relationships and account plans for established life sciences clients, identifying expansion opportunities, growing repeat business, bringing in additional practices, and closing larger engagements. Leads proposal development, pricing strategy, opportunity coordination, pipeline management, CRM accuracy, and sales process improvement. Partners with subject matter experts to translate client needs into solutions and represents the firm at industry events.

Manages the full lifecycle of global client contracts, including drafting, reviewing, coordinating revisions, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance. Collaborates with Account Teams, Business Development, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and clients to complete agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor agreements, and change orders. Maintains contract repositories and templates, performs quality control, improves processes, and supports adoption of an AI-enabled legal tool.
