Partners with art directors, copywriters, strategists, and clients to develop breakthrough work, apply clinical and competitive insights, manage multiple teams and workflows, and deliver projects on schedule and profitably. Mentors junior creatives, supports staffing and scope decisions, strengthens client relationships, and ensures copy, design, and UX align with strategic goals.

Manage digital promotional marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical advertising clients. Support senior account leaders with client communications, work orders, briefs, timelines, status reports, billing, budget tracking, and issue resolution. Serve as a day-to-day client contact, coordinate with internal creative and project teams, maintain agency processes, build client relationships, and contribute market research insights.

Manages day-to-day client relationships and pharmaceutical advertising campaigns for agency clients. Supports account leadership with project briefs, work orders, timelines, status reports, billing, budgets, and communications. Coordinates internal teams, follows agency processes, anticipates issues, gathers market research insights, and keeps client work progressing. Requires pharmaceutical advertising agency experience, strong organization and communication skills, digital proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
